Get your company domain name registered and start using the company name email address. Nothing shouts “I’ve not been in business very long” than an email address @xtra or @gmail.
It costs about $10 per month to look so much more professional. While you are at it, buy your own name, as a dot.com if it is available, you never know when you will need it. Get it pointed to your existing website. If your name has gone, try adding “simply” or “the great” in front of it, I bet that is still available!
